Martin
Bouma is the Team Leader for The Bouma Group. He is
responsible for negotiating all contracts, listing properties, communicating
with sellers regarding feedback and market conditions, and networking with
buyers and other Realtors. He also oversees and reviews the entire marketing
program. With 21 years of experience, his expertise lies in his negotiating and
marketing skills. Because he has an incredible team, he is available for our
clients at all times.
Kristal
Sadler is the Listing Specialist for The Bouma Group. Kristal
is responsible for creating statistical reports for the team and tracking
market trends. She also helps Martin with daily prospecting, listing
condominiums and is in charge of maintaining the For Sale By Owner and Expired
programs. Kristal is a licensed real estate agent and has been trained to step
in for other team members when necessary.
Stephanie
Bell is the Listing Manager for The Bouma Group. Stephanie's
main responsibilities are such tasks as photographing homes just listed,
designing custom brochures, maintaining Martin's multiple websites, taking
virtual tours, and advertising with various newspapers and magazines. Also a
licensed real estate agent, Stephanie's creativity and experience make her a
vital resource in the marketing of The Bouma Group's listings.
Becki
Gersh is The Bouma Group's Closing Manager. As a seasoned,
licensed real estate agent with 13 years experience in the real estate
industry, she has served as Martin's personal assistant for the past 10 years.
Becki handles transaction details and the arrangement of closing activities
such as negotiating building inspections, checking on loan status, and setting
up closing dates and times. Once a property is under contract, she provides the
single point control until the property closes.
